Founded in 2015 by Haley and Creative Director Philip Sieverding, Brunch Theatre Company serves New Yorkers what they love best: fresh entertainment, and fresh brunch.

Brunch Theatre brings together a collective of emerging theatre artists to develop new work that centers marginalized voices. Each production features seven short plays that examine a prominent social and political topic. Recent productions have explored sex and sex education, mental health and mental illness, climate justice, and American politics.

Partnering with local restaurants and vendors, Brunch Theatre brings together folks all over New York City to fuse two of the oldest traditions in existence: theatre and breaking bread.

Haley acts as both the Artistic Director of the company and a resident playwright.

Since 2015, Brunch Theatre has had six productions, serving thousands of New Yorkers. There’s been no leftovers.
